Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetina of
the City Council of the �iV of Plymouth, Minnesota was he on the
17th day of Novem a 19 80. the following members were

Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80- 835
AUTHORIZING MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE
CONSTRUCTION COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT WITH HENNEPIN COUNTY FOR
PROJECT NO. 950 (SIGNAL)
COUNTY ROAD 6 AND VICKSBURG LANE
WHEREAS, agreement for participation in the construction and operation of traffic
control signal system with integral street lights at the interseciton of County
State Aid Highway No. 6 and Vicksburg Lane, Hennepin County Project No. 8035,
Agreement No. PW 21-17-80 has been prepared and presented to the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that said agreement be in all things approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and Manager are authorized to sign Agreement
No. PW 21-17-80, Hennepin County Project No. 8035.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
