Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a rpUtilar meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
17th day of November , 19 80. The following members were
present: Maynr Hunt. Councilmembers Davenport, Hoyt, Neils and Schneider
The following members were absent: none

moved its,adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-834
ACCEPTING PETITION FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO
LOST LAKE WOODS BY THE INSTALLATION OF
WA'i'ERMAIN, SANITARY SEWER, STORM SEWER, STREETS, CURB AND GUTTER
AND ORDERING PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING REPORT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The City Council accepts the petition from Michael A. Halley, owner of
proposed Lost Lake Woods.
2. The petition is hereby referred to Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik &
Associates, Inc. for study and that they are instructed to report
to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in
a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible
and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection
with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improve-
ment as recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
MI.Councilmember Schneider and upon vote being taken thereon, th!

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duty passed an adopted.
