The following members were present�yor Runt, Counci members o t, ei s and Schneider The following members Were absent: Councilmember Davenport tit tit :** Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved Its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 80-828 APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT AND GENERAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR PLYMOUTH HILLS 2ND ADDITION FOR PLYMOUTH HILLS COMPANY (80060) WHEREAS, Plymouth Hills Company has requested approval of a preliminary plat for Plymouth Hills 2nd Addition consisting of one commercial lot and one outlot for that property known as Outlot D, Plymouth Hills 2nd Addition at the southwest corner of new County Road 9 and Plymouth Boulevard; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission at a duly called pub Ic hearing has reviewed the preliminary plat approval and the general development plan relative to the crea- tion of a commercial parcel at the northeast corner of the property and has recommended approval; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has deferred further action regarding amendment of the general development plan for the portion of Outlot D other than the commercial site at the northeast corner; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the preliminary plat for Plymouth Hills 2nd Addition for Plymouth Hills Company consisting of one commercial lot and one outlot at the southwest corner of new County Road 9 and Plymouth Boulevard subject to the following conditions: 1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandums for this property. 2. A right -in, right -out single joint drive shall be provided between Vicksburg Lane and Plymouth Boulevard onto County Road 9, and if acceleration and de - acceleration lanes are required, they shall be provided at the developer's expense. 3. Site layout including public curb cut access for the auto care center on Lot 1, Block 1 shall be subject to site plan approval. 4. There shall be no curb cut access onto Vicksburg Lane. 5. All dead or diseased trees shall be removed from the property at the developer's expense. Resolution N 80-828 Page Z
