Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetino of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
3rd day of November 19 80. The following members were

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80,822
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
PROJECT NO. 017
COMMUNITY PLAYFIELDS
SCHEDULE G
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 1, dated October 22, 1980, for Perkins Landscape
Contractors, has been prepared by Bather, Ringrose, Wolsfeld, Jarvis, Garnder, Inc.
and payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request for
Payment No. 1 in the amount of $26,514.54 to Perkins Landscape Contractors for
seeding and sodding at the Community Playfields, Project 017.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
