Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reoular meetino_ of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
3rd day of November '19 80. The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Counci mem ers Davenport, Neils and Schneider
The following members were absent: Councilmember Hoyt
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-821
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
PROJECT NO. 017
COMMUNITY PLAYFIELDS
SCHEDULE D2
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 1, dated September 30, 1980, for Gopher Electric
Contractors, Inc., has been prepared by Bather, Ringrose, Wolsfeld, Jarvis,
Gardner, Inc., and payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request for
Payment No. 1 in the amount of $6,798.17 to Gopher Electric Contractors, Inc. for
electrical construction at the Community Playfields, Project 017, LaCompte Playfield.
