CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetino of
the City Council of the.City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
3rd day of November , 19 80. The following members were
present: mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport, Neils and Schneider

uncilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
move its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-818
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
PROJECT 925 - CRITERION M.P.U.D. UTILITIES
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 2, dated October 21, 1980, for Northdale Con-
struction, Inc., has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates,
Inc. and payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorizes to make payment on Request for
Payment No. 2 in the amount of $118,559.26 to Northdale Construction, Inc. for
utilities in Criterion M.P.U.D.
