Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting_ of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
3rd, day of November , 1980 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Counci members Davenport, Neils and Schneider
The following members were absent: Councilmember Hoyt
Councilmember Schneider` introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-817
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
49TH AVENUE
PROJECT 904, 004 & 007
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 3, dated October 20, 1980, for Nodland Associates,
Inc., has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. and
payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to amek payment on Request for
Payment No. 3 in the amount of $55,686.74 to Nodland Associates, Inc. for Project
904, 004 and 007.
