Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetino of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
3rd day of November , 19 80. The following members were
present: Ma or Hunt Councilmembers Davenport, Neils and Schneider

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-E15
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 3
PROJECT NO. 904/004/007
49TH AVE., 51ST AVE. AND 10TH AVE. UTILITIES
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 3 has been prepared providing the following changes:
1. Install 12" watermain between Well No. 4 and Well No. 6 (Project 012)
AND, WHEREAS, the Change Order No. 3 for Project 904/004/007 is recommended for
approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH.
MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 3 for Project 904/004/007 by adding $33,358.00
is approved and that the existing contract price of $575,157.75 is revised to
$608,515.75.
