Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 3rd day of
November , 1980 . The following members were n-tsent: ayor unt,

Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80- 812
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BIDS
PROJECT 017, PHASE II
RIDGEMOUNT COMMUNITY PLAYFIELD
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the construction of the
Ridgemount Community Playfield; and
WHEREAS, bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law, and
the following bids as shown on the attached "Exhibit A" were received
complying with the advertisement;
AND, WHEREAS, it appears that the following are the lowest responsible

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter
into the attached contract with the following in the name of
the City of Plymouth for the construction of the Ridgemount
Community Playfield:

2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith
to all bidders the deposits made with their bids, except that the
deposits of the successful bidder and the next lowest bidder shall
be retained until a contract has been signed.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Qua i lmec� t , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenports

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly pass adopted.
