Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was he d on the
3rd day of November , 19 80 The following members were

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-808
DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION
AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT
STREET LIGHTING - CEDAR RIDGE, PLAT T1,10 ADDITION
WHEREAS, a petition has been received from B -T Land Co. and Wausau Homes, Inc.
reuqesting installation of ornamental residential street lighting in the Cedar
Ridge, Plat Two Addition;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of Cedar Ridge, Plat Two
Addition by the installation of residential ornamental street lighting,
filed with the City Council on October 31, 1980, is hereby declared to be
signed by the required percentage of owners of property affected thereby.
This declaration is made in conformance to Minnesota Statutes Section 429.035.
2. The petition is signed by 100% of the affected property owners and they have
waived their rights to public improvement and special assessment hearings.
3. The petition is hereby referred to the city engineer and he is instructed to
report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a
preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to
whether it should best be made as proposed or in conjunction with some other
improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
CRunci member Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
tollowing vote in avor ereo : Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport and
npldpr

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passe an adopte .
