Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetinc of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
3rd day of November , 19 80. The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport and Schneider
The following mem ers were absent: Counci meT mbers Hooytand-Neils
Councilmt.nber Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-807
ACCEPTING PETITION FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO
11TH AVENUE WEST OF VAGABOND LANE BY THE INSTALLATION SANITARY SEWER AND WATERMAIN
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The City Council accepts the petiton from Roger A. Fazendin, the owner
of 31-118-22-21-0039, 31-118-22-21-0040 and 31-118-22-22-0010.
2. The petition is hereby received and placed on file. to be considered with
the 1982 CIP.
3. The petition will be considered with the 1982 C.I.P.
