Pursuant to due call and notice tt--eof, a re ular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 3rd day of
November. 1980 . The following members were present:.Mayor Hunt,
limPmher% Davenport- Neils and Schneider
The fo owing members were absent: Councilmember Ho.yt
Qniincilmpmhar Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 30- 804
APPROVING SITE PLAt' AMENDMENT FOR DUNDEE NURSERY LOCATED AT 16800 HIGHWAY 55 (A-415)
WHEREAS, Dundee Nursery has requested approval of a site plan amendment for an
addition to an existing building and relocation of an existing building at 16800
Highway 55; and,
WHEREAS, the request has been reviewed by the Planning Commission which has
recommended approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the site plan amendment for
Dundee Nursery for an addition to an existing structure and relocation of an
existing structure located at 16800 Highway 55 subject to the following
conditions:
1. There shall be no storage or display of landscaping materials in the front
yard area or paved front parking lot.
2. All waste and waste containers shall be stored within the building or within
an approved structure as specified in the City Zoning Ordinance.
3. Site shall be maintained in a tidy manner.
4. Any signage shall be in compliance with the ordinance.
5. Outside display of merchandise shall be limited to the rear area designated
on the approved plan.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hunt Councilmembers Davenport Neils
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
