Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 3rd day of

Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved

RESOLUTION NO. 80- 803
APPROVING SITE PLAN AMENDMENT AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR METROQUIP, INC.
LOCATED AT 2340 FERNBROOK LANE (A-746)
WHEREAS, Metroquip, Inc. has requested approval of a site plan amendment and a
conditional use permit for an outside storage area to be located at 2340 Fern -
brook Lane; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called
public hearing and recommends its approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Metroquip, Inc.
for a site plan amendment and conditional use permit for an outside storage area
to be located at 2340 Fernbrook Lane sutject to the following conditions:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Storage only permitted within the area enclosed by the proposed berming and
landscaping.
3. Equipment storage area shall be bituminous surfaced and curbed and all public
parking and driving areas shall be bounded by B-612 curb and gutter.
4. The proposed landscaping shall be installed prior to June 30, 1981
5. Outside storage of waste and waste containers shall be prohibited.
6. Completion and compliance with the requirements of Resolution No. 78-480
expecially with respect to landscaping and outside storage.
7. Submittal of required site performance financial guarantee to assure
completion of all approved site improvements on the property and the
completion of approved plantings and relocation of plantings as indicated
on the submitted plans dated October 15, 1980.

8. Landscape plan shall be revised to provide for substitution of six foot
Colorado Spruce and Norway Pine for the 28 Common Lilac and a substitution
of the Common Lilac for the seven Colorado Spruce and Norway Pines.
9. A catch basin shall be installed in the depression for the loading ramp
subject to the City Engineer's review.
