Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the

Councilmeqber Neils introduced the following Resolution and
Moved 1tS adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-798
APPROVING 1980 CIGARETTE LICENSE
WHEREAS, application for Cigarette License has been received from Rayfield
C. Russ for RCR Enterprises, Inc. dba Necessities - Plus, at 13001 County
Road 10 and for Service Systems Corporation for Prudential Insurance at
13001 Bass Lake Road in accordance with Chapter XI, Section 1150.01 of the
City Code;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Cigarette License application for Rayfield
C. Russ for RCR Enterprises, Inc./dba Necessities - Plus and for Service
Systems Corporation for Prudential Insurance be approved for the period
ending December 31, 1980.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmembe H , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
