Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
90th day of October , 19 80 . The following members
were present: -Mayor Hunt. Councilmembers Davenport, Hoyt, Neils and Schneider
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80- 797
APPROVAL OF ON -SALE NON -INTOXICATING MALT LIQUOR LICENSE APPLICATION
WHEREAS, application for On -Sale Non -Intoxicating Malt Liquor License has
been received from Ben C. Liao/dba Golden China Restaurant, 4108 Lancaster
Lane, Plymouth, MN 55441 for consideration and approval by the Plymouth City
Council, in accordance with Plymouth City Code, Chapter XII, Section 1210;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that an On -Sale Non -Intoxicating Malt Liquor License
be approved for Ben C. Liao/dba Golden China Restaurant, 4108 Lancaster
Lane, Plymouth, b1N 55441.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Ho t , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
76 - owing voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davgnport,
Ho t, Neils and Schneider
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
