Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a _ regular meetino of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on tre
20th day of October , 1980 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt.Councilmembers Davenport, Hoyt, Neils and Schneider
The following members were absent: none
_ Copn cilmember Neils _ introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-792
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
PROJECT NO. 17
COMMUNITY PLAYFIELDS
SCHEDULE D1
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 1, dated September 30, 1980, for Electric Repair
and Construction, has been prepared by Bather, Ringrose, Wolsfeld, Jarvis, Gardner,
Inc. and payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request
for Payment No. 1 in the amount of $49,680.00 to Electric Repair and Construction
for Project 017, Schedule D1.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by

Council -member Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor t ereoT: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport, Hoyt,
Npijs and Schneider
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
