Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetinn_ of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
20th day of October , 19 80. The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport, Hoyt, Neils and Schneider
The following members were absent: none
Munrilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80- 791
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
PROJECT NO. 017
COMMUNITY PLAYFIELDS - SHELTERS
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 2, dated October 8, 1980 for R. C. Dahlstrom, Inc
has been prepared by Bather, Ringrose, Wolsfeld, Jarvis, Gardner, Inc. and payment
is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request for
Payment No. 2 in the amount of $43,020.00 to R. C. Dahlstrom, Inc. for shelters at
the Community Playfields, Project 017.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Hoyt , and upon vote being_taken thereon, the
fol lowing voted in favor t ereo : Mayor Hunt, Councflmembers Davenport, Hoyt,
Neils and Schneider
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
