CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meet:nc of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
20th day of October , 1980. The following members were

Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution anc
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80- 790
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
1980 STREET SURFACING
WHEREAS, Request for Payemtn No. 5, dated October 10, 1980, for Hardrives, Inc.,
has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, inc. and payment
is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYm1TH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request for
Payment No. 5 in the amount of $143,791.16 to Hardrives, Inc. for 1980 Street
Surfacing.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Hoyt , and upon vote beingg taken thereon, the
following voted in favor there -o : Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport, Hoyt,
Neils and Schneider
