Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetino of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
10 20th day of October , 1980 . The following members were
present: Mavor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport, Hoyt, Neils and Schneider
The following members were absent: None

Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80- 788
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
PROJECT NO. 802
LARCH LANE STREET IMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 6, dated October 13, 1980, for Jerome Begin
Contracting Co., has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates,
Inc. and payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request for
Payment No. 6 in the amount of $21,612.98 to Jerome Begin Contracting Co. for
Project 802.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
rpunrilmPmhpr , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote in avoret ere : Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport, Hoyt,
Nei1c and Schneider
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
