Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, aregular meetinc+ of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
2nth day of October , 19 80. The following members were

The following members were absent: none
rnqnrilniember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80- 782
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
PROJECT NO. 017
COMMUNITY PLAYFIELD IMPROVEMENTS
ELECTRICAL CONTRACT - SCHEDULE "D1"
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared providing the following:
1. Relocate transformer to base of slope by shelter;
AND, WHEREAS, the Change Order No. 1 for Project 017, Electrical Contract, D1,
is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 1 for Project 017, Electrical Contract D1, by
adding $850.00 is approved and that the original contract price of $224,150.99 is
revised to $225,000.00.
