Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetinv of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
20th day of October , 1980 . The following members were

Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-781
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
PROJECT NO. 017
COMMUNITY PLAYFIELD IMPROVEMENTS
ELECTRICAL CONTRACT - SCHEDULE "D4"
WHEREAS, Change Order Nc. 1 has been prepared providing the following:
1. Relocate transformer to base of slope by shelter
AND, WHEREAS, the Change Order No. 1 for Project 017, Electrical Contract D4, is
recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 1 for Project 017, Electrical Contract D4, by
adding $752.00 is approved and that the original contract price of $215,295.00 is
revised to $216,047.00.
