Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota wase� ld on the
2 t day of October , 19 80. The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport, Hoyt, Neils and Schneider
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-780
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2
PROJECT NO. 017
COMMUNITY PLAYFIELDS-BUILDINGS
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 has been prepared providing the following changes to
the Community Playfields Improvements, Buildings:
1. Delete tranformer pad and retaining wall from Plymouth, Fernbrook,
Oakwood and LaCompte playfields;
AND WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 for Project 017, Buildings, is recommended for
approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 2 for Project 017, Buildings, deleting $2,000.00
is approved and the previous contract price of $317,400.00 is revised to $315,400.00.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Ho t . and upon vote being taken thereon, the
