Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ular meetino of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
20th day of October , 19 80. The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Counci mem ers avenpo—r-'E� Hoyt, Neils and Schneider
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Davenport introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoptior:
RESOLUTION NO. 80- 779
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 3
1980 STREET SURFACING PROJECT
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 3 has been prepared providing for the following changes
to 1980 Street Surfacing Project:
1. Addition of borrow material and filter fabric on Rappaport Addition
bike path;
AND, WHEREAS, Change Order No. 3 for 1980 Street Surfacing Project is recommended
for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 3 for 1980 Street Surfacing Project .dding
$9,100.00 is approved and the existing contract price of $1,051,175.85 is revised
to $1,060,275.85.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Quncilmember Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following votedin avor thereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmember Davenport, Hoyt,

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
