Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetino of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the Y
20th day of October , 19 80. The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, ounce mem ers avenpor� Hoyt, Neils and Schneider
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80- 777
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
A PORTION OF STREET EASEMENT BETWEEN LOTS 6 AND 7, BLOCK 1, FAZENDIN-KROGNESS ADDN.
AND THE WESTERLY 30 FEET OF LOT 7, BLOCK 1, FAZENDIN-KROGNESS ADDN.
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, Leon V. Foster, Jr. and D. Russell Norha have
petitioned the City Council for a vacation of the following street:
All that part of a perpetual easement for street purposes over and across
the following described:
1. The South 30 feet of Lot 6, Block 1, Fazendin-Krogness Addition
. 2. The North 30 feet of Lot 7, Block 1, Fazendin-Krogness Addition
3. The Westerly 30 feet of Lot 7, Block 1, Fazendin-Krogness Addition.
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said Petition and found the same to be
in order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should, and hereby does, establish the date of November 17, 1980
at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard,
as the time and place for the Public Hearing on said Petition and directs the
administrative staff to publish notice of said Hearing as provided by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Counrilmipp4gr UoXt and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereo Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Daveneort,Hoyt,

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
