Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetinc of
• the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
20th day of October , 19 80. The following members were
present: `Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport, Hoyt, Neils and Schneider
The following members were a -sent. None
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution anc
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80- 774
ORDERING PREPARATION OF PRELIMINARY REPORT ON
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 103
RIDGEMOUNT AVENUE - MAGNOLIA LANE TO FORESTVIEW LANE
WATERMAIN
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve Ridgemount Avenue from Magnolia Lane to
Forestview Lane by the installation of a watermain and all necessary appurte-
nances; and
WHEREAS, property benefited by such projects will be assessed for all or a
portion of the cost of such improvements pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429.011
to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended);
.NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the proposed improvements be referred to Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik
b Associates for study and that the engineers be instructed to report to the City
Council with all convenient speed by advising the Council, in A preliminary way,
as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should be
best made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the
estimated cost of such an improvement as recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Hoyt and upon vote being taken thereon, the
