Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reqular meetino_ of
• the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
20th day of October , 19 80. The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport, Hoyt, Neils and Schneider
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution arc
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTIO NO. 80-773
ORDERING PREPARATION OF PRELIMINARY REPORT ON
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 102
ZACHARY LANE - 53RD AVENUE TO COUNTY ROAD 10 WATERMAIN
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve Zachary Lane from 53rd Avenue to County Road 10
by the installation of watermain and all necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, property benefited by such projects will be assessed for all or a portion
of the cost of such improvements pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429.011 to 429.111
(Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended);
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the proposed improvements be referred to Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik
. & Associates for study and that the engineers be instructed to report to the City
Council with all convenient speed by advising the Council, in a preliminary way,
as to whether the proposed imrpvement is feasible and as to whether it should be
best made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated
cost of such an improvement as recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Hoyt , and upon vote being taken therein, the
following vored in favor thereof: mor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport, Hoyt,
4gils and Schneider
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
