The fallowing CITY OF PLYMOUTH and notice thereof, a re4ular meeting of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 2O.th October , 19 80. The following members were Councilmembers Davenport, Hoyt, Neils and Schneider rs were *x Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 8C - 772 ORDERING PREPARATION OF PRELIMINARY REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 101 10TH AVENUE, CARLSON 2ND ADDITION STREET AND UTILITIES WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve 10th Avenue from Xenium Lane, east 629 feet more or less by the installation of a 9 -ton bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter, grading, gravel base, bituminous surface, all necessary drainage facilities, sanitary sewer, watermain and all necessary appurtenances; and WHEREAS, property benefited by such projects will be assessed for all or a portion of the cost of such improvements pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended); NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the proposed improvements be referred to Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates for study and that the engineers be instructed to report to the City Council with all convenient speed by advising the Council, in a preliminary way, as to whether the proposed improvements is feasible and as to whether it should be best made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of such an improvement as recommended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following vote in avor ereo : _ Mayor Hunt.
