Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a _ regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 20th day of
October, 1980 . The following members were present: Mayor Hunt,.
Counrilmembers Davenport Hoyt, Neils and Schneider
The following members were absert:None
Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80- 771
AUTHORIZING REDUCTION OF SITE IMPROVEMENT PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR HUNDER DENTAL
CLINIC (79038)
WHEREAS, the site plan submitted by L. W. Samuelson Construction for Dr. James
Hunder's Dental Clinic, located at 1025 Evergreen Lane,was approved under City
Council Resolution No. 79-547; and,
WHEREAS, the owner submitted the required site performance guarantee in the form
of a savings certificate in the amount of $34,790; and,
WHEREAS, upon the request of the developer for site inspection and release of
the financial guarantee, City Staff has inspected said site and recommends
reduction of the performance guarantee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the reduction of the site
performance guarantee, Savings Certificate No. 1218 in the amount of $34,790,
which was submitted to guarantee site improvements for the Hunder Dental Clinic,
located at 1025 Evergreen Lane to $5,000.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hunt. Cnunrilmamharc: nauenport, No
Neils and Schneider
The following voted against or abstained: Non
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
