The following members were present: Mayor Hunt, rnunnilm mb rs Davenport, Hoyt Neils and Schneider The following members were absent: None Cnuncilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 80-768 APPROVING RECLASSIFICATION OF LAND USE GUIDING FOR THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH FOR PLYMOUTH CREEKWOOD 2ND ADDITION AT THE SOUTHEAST QUADRANT OF THE INTERSECTION OF TEAKWOOD LANE AND 26TH AVENUE NORTH FROM IP (PLANNED INDUSTRIAL TO LA -2 (LOW MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL) (80052) WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has requested approval of reclassification of land use guiding for three lots located in the southeast quadrant of the intersection of Teakwood Lane and 26th Avenue North known as Plymouth Creekview 2nd Addition from IP (planned industrial) to LA -2 (low medium density residential); and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has considered the request following a duly scheduled public hearing and has recommended approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the reclassification of land use guiding for the City of Plymouth for three lots located in the southeast quadrant of the intersection of Teakwood Lane and 26th Avenue North known as Plymouth Creekview 2nd Addition from IP (planned industrial) to LA -2 (low medium density residential) to correct an error on the Land Use Guide Plan Map. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport. Hoyt. Neils and Schneider The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
