Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
6th day of October , 1980 . The following members
' were present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport, Hoyt, Neils and Schneider.
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-767
LEVYING TAXES IN THF AMOUNT OF $3,042,314
WHEI.EAS, the City Council has approved the operating budgets for the period
commencing January 1, 1981 and certain monies to finance said budgets are
required to be raised from taxes on taxable property in the City of Plymouth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the following sums of money be raised by tax on
taxable property it, the City of Plymouth for the year 1981 as set out in
the adopted 1981 City budgets:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the said tax levy be certified to the County Finance
Director of Hennepin County on or before October 10, 1980.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilm tuber Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport, Hoyt.
Neils and Schneider
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly pas
and adopted.
