Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetino of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
6th day of October , 1980 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers_ Davenport, Hoyt, Neils and Schneider

�May�or Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-765
APPROVING ADOPTION OF FIVE YEAR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PROGRAM
1981 - 1985
WHEREAS, the City Council has developed a Capital Improvements Program for the
years 1981 through 1985; and
WHEREAS, said proposed program has been recommended by the Planning Commission
as to consistency with all local comprehensive plans; and
WHEREAS, said proposed program has been reviewed by the public at a public
hearing conducted on August 18, 1980;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
. MINNESOTA that the Capital Improvements Program for the years 1981 through 1985
is hereby adopted as the official Capital Improvements Program for the City of
Plymouth.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
