Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetinn_ of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
. 6th day of October 1980 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt. Councilmembers Dave ort Hoyt- Neils and Schneider

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-757
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
PROJECT NO. 002
VICKSBURG LANE
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 2, dated September 26, 1980, for Progressive
Contractors, Inc. has been prepared by Strgar-Roscoe, Inc. and payment is
recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request
for Payment No. 2 in the amount of $220,850.91 to Progressive Contractors, Inc.
for Project 002.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
