Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of

The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption: —
RESOLUTION NO. 80-756
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
PROJECT N 0. 017
COMMUNITY PLAYFIELDS BUILDINGS
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared providing for the following changes
to the Community Playfields Improvements,Building:
1. Soil correction under building at LaCompte Park.
AND, WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 for Project 017, Buildings, is recommended for
approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
MINNESOTA, that Change Order No. 1 for Project 017, Buildings, adding $7,400 is
approved and the previous contract price of $310,000 is revised to $317,400.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
