Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plvmouth, Minnesota, was held on the 6th day of
October, 1980 . The following members were present:
Mayor Hunt, Counci�lmembers Davenport, Hoyt, Neils and Schneider
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-753
DENYING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR DAVID R. CARLSON TO USE THE HOUSE LOCATED AT
15900 - 12TH AVENUE NORTH AS A SALES OFFICE (80055)
WHEREAS, David R. Carlson has requested approval of a conditional use permit to
use a house located at 15900 - 12th Avenue North as a sales office; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended denial;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does deny the request of David R. Carlson to
use the house located at 15900 - 12th Avenue North as an office or as a continuous
open house because the petitioner has not demonstrated compliance with Section 7 of
the Zoning Ordinance relative to temporary sales offices in model homes.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Schneider and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hunt Councilmembers Davenport.

The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
