Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a ire ul_ar meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 6th day of
October , 19 80 . The following members were present:
Mayor Hunt, Councilmem—ers Davenport, Hoyt, Neils and Schneider
The following members were absent: None
_Cmjprilmember Neils introduced the following Fesolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. U10-746
ADOPTING ASSESSMENTS
PROJECT 914 - 16TH AVENUE
EXCEPT PINS 27-118-22-43-0002, 27-118-22-44-0002 AND 27-118-22-44-0007
WHEREAS, pursuant to proper notice duly given as required by law, the Council has
met and heard and passed upon all objections to the proposed assessments for the
following improvement:
16th Avenue from County Road 6 to State Highway 55 by the installation
of sanitary sewer lateral and trunk facilities, watermain lateral and
trunk faciTities, storm sewer, bituminous street with concrete curb and
gutter and all necessary appurtenances.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:

I. Such proposed assessment,/a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part
hereof, is hereby accepted and shall constitute the special assessment against
the lands named therein and each tract of land therein included is hereby
found to be benefited by the proposed improvement in the amount of the assess-
ment levied against it.
2. Such assessment shall be payable in equal annual installments extending over
a period of 10 years, the first of the installments to be payable on or befi)re
the first Monday in January, 1981, and shall bear interest at the rate of 8%
per annum from the date of the adoption of this assessment resolution. To the
first installment shall be added interest on the entire assessment from thf!
date of this Resolution until December 31, 1981. To each subsequent installment
when due shall be added interest for one year on all unpaid installments.

3. The owner of any property so assessed may, at any time prior to certification
of the assessment to the County Finance Director, pay the whole of the assess-
ment on such property with interest accrued to the date of payment to the City
Finance Director, except that no interest shall be charged if the entire assess-
ment is p?id within 30 days from the adoption of this Resolution; and he may at
any *i:;e thereafter pay the City Finance Director the entire amount of the
assessment remaining unpaid with interest accrued to December 31 of the year
in which such payment is made,
4. The Clerk shall forthwith transmit a certified duplicate of this assessment to
the County Finance Director to be extended on the proper tax lists of the County
and such assessments shall be collected and paid over in the same manner as
other municipal taxes.
5. The total cost of the improvement assessed by this Resolution is:
Sanitary Sewer $ 12,918.05
Watermain 56,383.02
Street 122,996.12
Water Area 17,299.50
Sanitary Sewer Area 414.00
$210,010.69
6. The total cost to be financed by the City is:$ 3,765.43
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
