the City Council of the City of Plymruth, Mint nesota was e d Ton

The following members were aosent: None
Councilmember Davenport introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-744
DEFERRED ASSESSMENTS - PROJECT NO. 611-807-853-911
WHEREAS, the following described parcel of homesteaded land shall be assessed,
at the residential rate for street,curb and gutter with the remainder being
deferred at the established rate;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the following parcel shall be deferred for that portion of the
assessment over the residential rate in the manner as stated above for a period
not to exceed five (5) years, provided however, that if the property is sold,
not used by the owner for his homestead, further subdivided during that five
year period, the deferred assessment shall become payable in full.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
C�qncilmember Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
tooTlowing voted in favor theere0T: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport,

The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
