Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meet^no of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the r
29th day of September , 1980 . The following members were
present: Acting Mayor avenpor er ouncilmembHoyt, Neils and Schneider
The following members were absent: mayor Hunt
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-738D
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
PROJECT 925 - CRITERION M.P.U.D. UTILITIES
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 1, dated September 18, 1980, for Northdale
Construction, Inc., has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates,
Inc. and payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request for
Payment No. 1 in the amount of $297,355.81 to Northdale Construction, Inc. for
utilities in Criterion M.P.U.D.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
1Councilmember Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor there -OT: Acting Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt,
Neils and Schneider
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly -passed and adopted.
