Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meetino of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
10 29th day of September , 1980. The following members were
present: acting Mayoravenpor ounce mem eers Hoyt, Neils and Schneider
The following members were absent: Mayor Hunt
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-737
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
PROJECT NO. 951
1979 TELEVISION INSPECTION
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared providing for the following changes
to the 1979 Television Inspection:
1. Add Project 920 (west leg)
2. Add Project 009
3. Add 440 feet under Bass Lake
AND, WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 for Project 951 is recommended for approval;
' NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 1 for Project 951 adding $658.35 is approved
and the previous contract price of $11,955.75 is revised to $12,614.10.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Counci ember Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
followingvoted in favor there -07: Acting Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers
HHooyvtt•• Neils and Schneider
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
