Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meetino of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth. Minnesota was held on the
29th day of September , 19 80. The following members were

RESOLUTION NO. 80-732
DECLARING ADEQUACY jF PETITION
AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT
STREET LIGHTING -HERITAGE ESTATES 2ND ADDITION
WHEREAS, a petition has been received from The Medford Corporation requesting
installation of ornamental residential street lighting in the Heritage Estates 2nd
Addition;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of Heritage Estates 2nd Addition
by the installation of residential ornamental street lighting, filed with the
City Council on September 29, 1980, is hereby declared to be signed by the
required percentage of owners of property affected thereby. This declaration
is made in conformance to Minnesota Statutes Section 429.035.
2. The petition is signed by 100% of the affected property owners and they have
waived their rights to public improvement and special assessment hearings.
3. The petition is hereby referred to the City Engineer and he is instructed to
report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a
preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to
whether it should best be made as proposed or in conjunction with some other
improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
SouacilmeWber Schneider �, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
