Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meetino of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
29th day of September , 19 80. The following members were
present: Acting Mayor Davenport,Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils and Schneider .
The following members were absent: mayor Hunt
Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption: V
RESOLUTION NO. 80- 727
DEFERRED ASSESSMENTS - PROJECT NO. 801
WHEREAS, the following described parcels of homesteaded land shall be assessed
for the first 300 feet of frontage when the frontage is 600 feet or more with
the balance being deferred at the established rate;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the following parcels shall be deferred for that portion of the
assessment that applies to the street frontage that exceeds 300 feet in the
manner as stated above for a period not to exceed five (5) years, provided how-
ever, that if the property is sold, not used by the owner for his homestead,
further subdivided during that five year period, the deferred assessment shall
become payable in full.

Coynilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
