Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meetinn of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was —heTd on the
29th day of September 1980 . The following members were
present: Acting Mayor Dave rt ounc lmen ers Hoyt, Neils and Schneider
The fo11 owing members were absent : Mayor- Hun
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-718
DEFERRED ASSESMENTS - PROJECT NO. 914
WHEREAS, the following described parcels of homesteaded land shall be assessed,
for the first 165 feet of frontage for street, curb and gutter, watermain and
sewer Laterals with the remainder being deferred at the established rate;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the following parcels shall be deferred for that portion of the
assessment over 165 feet in frontage in the manner as stated above for a period
not to exceed five (5) years, provided however, that if the property is sold,
not used by the owner for his homestead, further subdivided during that five

year period, the deferred assessment shall become payable in full.
