Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a�s ec_ial meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held ori the 29th day of

RESOLUTION NO. 80-716
ADOPTING ASSESSMENTS
PROJECT 920 - TURTLE LAKE SANITARY SEWER TRUNK AND WATER .TRUNK
WHEREAS. pursuant to proper notice duly given as required by law, the Council has
met and heard and passed upon all objections to the proposed assessments for the
following improvement:
The west leg of the Turtle Lake trunk sewer to point "C", trunk
watermain along Vicksburg Lane from County Road 9 to north line
of Section 16 by the installation of watermain trunk facilities,
sanitary sewer trunk facilities and all necessary appurtenances.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. Such proposed assessment, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part
hereof, is hereby accepted and shall constitute the special assessment against
the lands named therein and each tract of land therein included is hereby
found to be benefited by the proposed improvement in the amount of the assess-
ment levied against it.
2. Such assessment shah be payable in equal annual installments extending over
a period of 5 years, the first of the installments to be payable on or before
the first Monday in January, 1981, and shall beer interest at'the rate of 8,-38%
per annum from the date of the adoption of this assesssent resoi.ution. To the
first installment shall be added ioterest on rthLk entire 6ttessment.from the
date of this Resolution until December 31, 1981. To "ch sub*agm'.' instal hent

The owner of any property so assessed may, at any time prior to certification
of the assessment to the County Finance Director, pay the whole of the assess-
ment on such property with interest accrued to the date of payment to the City
Finance Director., "Cot that, no interest shall be charged if the entire assess-
ment is paid within 30 daysfromthe adoption of this Resolution; and he may at
any time thereafter pay the City Finance Director the entire amount of the
assessment remaining unpaid with interest accrued to December 31 of the year
in which such payment is made.

The Clerk shall forthwith transmit a certified duplicate of this assessment to
the County finance Director to be extended on the proper tax lists of the County
and such assessments shall be collected and paid over in the same manner as
other municipal taxes.
5.
The total cost of the improvement assessed by this Resolution is:
Sanitary Sewer Area 26,700.00
Water Area42,275.00
Total $ 68,975.00
6.
The total cost to be financed by the City is:
Sanitary Sewer Trunk Fund 78,500.72
Mater Trunk Fund 20,634.77
