RESOLUTION NO. 80-714
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
1980 STREET SURFACING
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 4, dated September 12, 1980, for Hardrives, Inc.,
has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. and payment
is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MIANESOTA that the ,Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request for
Payment No. 4 in the amount of $307,889.51 to Hardrives, Inc. for 1980 Street
Surfacing.
