The following members were present: My_nr_HIAIt- Cpynj Viers -Davenports Neils and Schneider The following members were absent: Councjlmember Hoyt CpuncilmCmbAr introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 80-713 AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT 1979 STREET SURFACING WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 8, dated September 10, 1980, for Hardrives, Inc., has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. and payment is recommended; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, _MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request for Payment No. 8 in the amount of $54,170.62 to Hardrives, Inc. for 1979 Street Surfacing.
