Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meetina_ of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
22nd day of September , 1980 . The following members were

The following members were absent: Councilmember Hoy
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-711
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
MEDINA ROAD AREA STREETS
PROJECT NO. 908
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 8, dated September 16, 1980, for Jerome P. Begin
Contracting Co., has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik b Associates,
Inc. and payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY. RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the finance Dpeartment is authorized to make payment on Request for
Payment No. 8 i the amount of $10,155.10 to Jerome P. Begin Contracting Co. for
Project 908.
