RESOLUTION NO. 80-710
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
PROJECT NO. 846
RAPPAPORT STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 4, dated September 9, 1980, for Northdale
Construction Co., has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates,
Inc. and payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY CODUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request
for Payment No. 4 in the amount of $41,646.19 to Northdale Construction Co. for
Project 846.
