moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-709
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
PROJECT NO. 802
LARCH LANE STREET IMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 5, dated September 15, 1980, for Jerome Begin
Contracting Co., has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates,
Inc. and payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request for
Payment No. 5 in the amount of $152,697.30 to Jerome Begin Contracting Co. for
Project 802.
