the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was he don the

Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
movea its adoption:

AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
VICKSBURG LANE
PROJECT 801
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 9, dated September 11, 1980, for Jerome Begin
Contracting Company, has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates,
Inc. and payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request for
Payment No. 9 in the amount of $10,201.46.
