RESOLUTION NO. 80-702
A RESOLUTION APPROVING CONCEPT PLANS FOR
RIDGEMOUNT AND ZACHARY LANE COMMUNITY PLAYFIELDS
WHEREAS, Bather, Ringrose, Wolsfeld, Jarvis, Gardner, Inc., park consultants
for construction of six community, playfields, has presented concept plans
for Ridgemount and Zachary Lane community playfields, and
WHEREAS, the Ridgemount and Zachary Lane plans have been developed following
review and comment by Park and Recreation Advisory Commission, City staff,
school district and athletic association representatives, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the concepts and found them substantially
in conformance with city requirements;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, that it should and hereby does,approve the concept plans
for Ridgemount and Zachary Lane community playfields as submitted, together
with a staff memorandum dated September 19, 1980, and further directs that
Bather, Ringrose, Wolsfeld, Jarvis, Gardner, Inc., proceed in the preparation
of more detailed playfield specifications eventually resulting in final plans
and specifications for biddinggpurposes.
