RESOLUTION NO. 80-701
AUTHORIZING A CONTRACT FOR DEED FOR ACQUISITION
OF THE PROPOSED ZACHARY LANE PLAYFIELD
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has undertaken Project No. 017, and
WHEREAS, in order to construct certain playfield improvements, the
City desires to have 30.44 acres of land owned by Carl 0. Lee, and
WHEREAS, the City has determined the value of this property to be
$9,100 per acre;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the City Manager is hereby authorized to offer
Carl 0. Lee $277,004 on a five year contract for deed with 8% interest
to be paid on the unpaid balance.
